Welcome to Rosebrook

It is a real privilege and a humbling experience to serve as Acting Headteacher of Rosebrook Primary School. This role has given me the opportunity to continue to shape our school and most importantly, to build on what makes Rosebrook such a special place for children, families and our community.

At the heart of everything we do is a simple but powerful belief: children come first. We want every child to feel known, valued, safe and inspired to achieve their very best. We believe that strong relationships are the foundation for this. By building trust, listening to one another and creating a culture where everyone feels that they belong, we can give our children the confidence to learn, grow and believe in themselves.

Our DREAM values – Determination, Enthusiasm, Ambition, Respect and Mindset – are woven through the life of our school. Alongside the values of our Trust, they help us to develop not only successful learners, but kind, resilient, confident and compassionate young people. We want our children to understand that they can achieve great things, that mistakes are part of learning and that there should be no limits to what they can dream of becoming.

Our dedicated staff work tirelessly to provide an ambitious, inclusive and nurturing education for every child. We want our pupils to experience success in the classroom, but also to discover their talents, develop their interests, build friendships and create memories that they will carry with them long after they leave Rosebrook.

We also recognise that education is a partnership. Our relationships with parents, carers and the wider community are incredibly important. By working together, communicating openly and building trust, we can create the very best opportunities for our children.

I feel incredibly proud to serve the children, families and community of Rosebrook. It is a privilege that I cherish deeply and I want our time together to be filled with opportunities, achievements, laughter and experiences that create memories to last a lifetime.
